What the service is
ClaimBuild AI helps a restoration contractor review estimates, document a job and assemble a supplement package for their own use. It works alongside your existing estimating software; it does not replace it and does not write back into it.
What the service is not
It does not determine insurance coverage. Coverage is decided by the carrier under the policy.
It does not guarantee that a supplement will be approved or paid.
It does not submit anything to a carrier, and it does not contact carriers, adjusters or your clients.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send out. Every AI-drafted item is presented for review and must be accepted by a qualified person on your team before it appears in a package.
You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents and photographs you add, and for complying with the rules of your own agreements and licences.
Trials, plans and limits
Trials include a set number of analyses and packages. Reaching a limit blocks only new work — anything you already created stays viewable and downloadable.
Plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in Settings. Billing is not active until you explicitly turn it on.
Availability
The product is under active development. Features may change, and processing of very large or scanned documents has practical limits that are stated in the product rather than hidden.
