AI Use Disclosure

What the AI does, what it refuses to do, and where a person is always required.

This is a placeholder written in plain language so you can see what it covers. It is not legal advice, and it makes no guarantee about claim outcomes or payment.

What the AI does

Reads the estimates and supporting documents you attach to one project and pulls out the line items, quantities and prices as written.

Compares the carrier estimate with your estimate and proposes places where they appear to describe the work differently.

Drafts neutral wording for your review and for the narrative next to each item you keep.

Where photograph markup suggestions are enabled, proposes visible observations only.

What the AI never does

It does not decide whether something is covered by a policy.

It does not promise that anything will be paid.

It does not send, submit or email anything to a carrier, adjuster or client.

It does not change your original documents or photographs. Originals are preserved exactly as uploaded, and corrections are stored separately.

A person approves everything

Every proposed difference arrives as 'needs review'. It cannot appear in a supplement package until someone on your team accepts or edits it. Rejected items are never counted.

Drafted wording is editable, and your edit is what prints.

Observation, not interpretation

For photographs, the wording stays with what is visible — 'visible discoloration', 'visible surface damage', 'area identified by the contractor as affected drywall'. Conclusions such as mould, water damage or structural damage are not asserted automatically, and hidden damage is never inferred from a photograph.

Limits we state openly

Scanned pages without a text layer are read as images, which caps how confident the reading can be. The product shows that instead of hiding it.

Native estimating files and spreadsheets are not read; print to PDF.

Very large documents are processed in page ranges, and each range's status is visible to you.
