What we hold
Account details for the people on your team: name, email, phone and role.
Company details you enter: business name, address, licence information, logo and branding.
Project material you upload: estimates, reports, photographs, notes and the packages you build from them.
Usage records: which actions ran, when, and how much processing they used.
Who can see it
Your company's material is visible only to active members of your company. Separation between companies is enforced by the database itself, not only by the interface.
Uploaded files are held in private storage. Links to them are short-lived and issued only to signed-in members of the owning company.
We do not sell your data and we do not share your claim material with other customers.
Documents sent for reading
To compare estimates, the text of the documents you select is sent to an AI processing provider on our servers. Only the documents attached to that one project are sent.
Your keys and credentials are never exposed to the browser.
The free Gap Checker
Files uploaded by someone who does not yet have an account are stored privately, used only to produce that one result, and deleted automatically within 7 days.
Deleting your data
A company administrator can request deletion from Settings. The request is deliberate and multi-step, and we confirm before anything is removed.
